It was noted at the Committee’s meeting that the bill (Reg. No. 2306a) was elaborated aiming at systematization of Ukraine’s current legislation in the sphere of electronic commerce and insurance of legal order of distance concluding and executing of juristic acts with the use of electronic informational and communicational means and technologies. The main task of the draft is establishment of clear legal requirements and mechanisms of distance concluding and executing of juristic acts with the use of electronic informational and communicational means and technologies.
Legal norms suggested by the bill regulate relations appearing in distance concluding and executing of juristic acts of buying/selling goods and/or supplying goods, execution of activities and provision of services, and also connected with them legal actions of using electronic informational and communicational means and technologies that form a sphere of electronic commerce.
